Adds a complete Dutch translation of the UI and README.
src-vite/src/locales/nl.json — all 1307 keys of en.json, placeholders unchanged
Registered nl in main.js and in the language pickers (Welcome + Settings)
i18n/README.nl.md + link added to the language bar of all READMEs
Note: utils.ts calls date-fns format() without a locale, so month and day names in date strings stay English for all non-English languages. Passing the matching date-fns locale would fix that; happy to help if you want.
Distributions such as Fedora cannot ship the bundled libde265 (HEVC).
With LAP_SYSTEM_LIBHEIF=1, build.rs links the system libheif via
pkg-config and skips building libheif and libde265. The default build
is unchanged.
t_heif.rs calls heif_init() once before the first context. A shared
libheif needs this to load its codec plugins, e.g. the HEVC decoder
from libheif-freeworld.
