- Replace employee names (Matt Piccolella, Nicholas Lin) with Anthropic
- Replace Anthropic example in initiating-coverage templates with
  generic Acme Health company
- Remove anthropic-fsi- and anthropic-initiation-coverage prefixes
  from all skill names and references
- Clean skill names: 3-statements, competitive-analysis, pitch-deck,
  datapack-builder, initiating-coverage
