* feat(macos): add entitlements for media and accessibility access

Adds necessary entitlements to `entitlements.mas.plist` allowing
the desktop timer to request permissions for camera, microphone,
audio input, screen capture, and accessibility features on macOS.
Updates corresponding usage descriptions (`NSMicrophoneUsageDescription`,
`NSCameraUsageDescription`, `NSAppleEventsUsageDescription`) in
`package.json` to provide clear user explanations when requesting
these permissions.
