Ruslan KonviserandClaude Opus 5.5 f8d92fdfdc refactor(integration-github): strip control characters with a property class

`\p{Cc}` instead of a `\u0000-\u001f` range: same characters (plus the C1
controls), and ESLint's no-control-regex accepts it.

Building

Run yarn nx build plugin-integration-github to build the library.
