t8y2 b06e330a44 feat(security): add demo mode lockdown for public deployments ...

DBX_DEMO_MODE=1 returns 403 for plugin/JDBC/agent installs,
connection probes and edits, AI provider config, cloud sync and
credential endpoints; /connection/connect only accepts pre-seeded
connections with matching endpoint identity. Ships a deploy/demo
compose recipe with seeded databases and scheduled reset.
