Owner directive 2026-06-06: kill waitlist completely (was demoted
to hand-onboarding in 61137a2 — now gone). Self-serve at
platform.context-mode.com is the only path.
- Delete <section id="waitlist"> block (62 lines incl form, fields,
seat_count, bullets, web3forms POST handler, guided rollout copy)
- Delete .waitlist-* CSS block (22 lines: form, field, label, input,
radio-group, bullets)
- Replace hero secondary CTA "Or join the waitlist for hand-onboarding"
with "Or run the OSS plugin locally" -> github.com/mksglu/context-mode
- Replace four chapter primary CTAs "Join the waitlist" with
"Start for $20 / seat" -> platform.context-mode.com/signup
- Replace two chapter secondary CTAs alongside docs/integrations links
- Replace footer final-cta "Join the waitlist" with signup CTA
- Delete <hr class="sep"> separator that preceded waitlist
- Web3forms endpoint remains accessible — landing no longer posts to it
Verify: grep -ic waitlist = 0; section count 14 -> 13; line count
1524 -> 1438 (-86 net). All #waitlist anchors removed (0 dead links).
