Mert KoseogluandClaude Opus 5.5 4621364977 chore(web): the context-mode.com site moved to the gateway repo

web/ is replaced by web/README.md. The site now builds and deploys from the gateway repository's site/
folder under the same Worker name and routes. No workflow here deployed web/, so none is disabled.
README gains one line that points Claude Code and Codex users to the hosted gateway.

web/ has moved

The context-mode.com site now lives in the gateway repository under site/. It deploys from there under the same Worker name (context-mode) and the same routes.

This folder no longer deploys. Nothing here serves context-mode.com.
