Colby MchenryandClaude Opus 5.5 a5b0160e5b fix(play): a Play project in a subdirectory is still Play (#2156)
Detection only looked at the root (`build.sbt`, `conf/routes`,
`conf/application.conf`); playframework/play-samples keeps each project's
`conf/routes` in its own directory and had no routes. Any indexed Play routes
file now counts. play-samples 0 → 139 routes (+108 edges); root-level Play
repos are unaffected.
