Martin Vogel 9cbb1aa90f style: clang-format-20 sweep (marathon-touched files) ...

The CI lint uses clang-format-20 (scripts/lint.sh --ci CLANG_FORMAT=clang-format-20).
Grammar/LSP/struct/issue edits across these files weren't formatted with cf-20,
failing lint and gating the make-test job. Format with cf-20.1.8 to match CI.
No logic change.
