Add render_mcp_surface_parity() in scripts/summarize-benchmark-results.py and a --mcp-surface-parity JSON input that can be combined with benchmark inputs. The generated table separates pure classic, streamlined pre-reveal, and the same streamlined process after _hidden_tools, including advertised names, handler recognition, schema parity, tools/list payload size, and notification evidence.
Label empty-argument dispatch probes as addressability evidence rather than behavioral equality, identify the remaining capability-fixture requirement, and reject non-parity documents. tests/test_summarize_benchmark_results.py covers all three rows, alias-schema wording, and invalid input; 52 focused unittest cases pass and Ruff reports no violations.
