risk_labels: adds CRITICAL/HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW classification to BFS results based on hop distance. Opt-in via risk_labels=true. --progress: human-readable indexing progress on stderr. Log sink replaces default output, maps pipeline events to [1/9]..[9/9] phases.
