Bernhard Jackiewicz da9d5c2c28 style(store): brace the new projection branches and classify nodes once ...

The diff-scoped clang-tidy gate flagged the branches added for route
handlers, Python test files and bounded overview entries. Brace them and
move the label/path classification of a loaded node into ap_classify, so
ap_load stays under the cognitive complexity threshold. No behaviour
change; the architecture_projection, mcp and store suites stay green.
