Hint protected every input and select of the page, also those inside a closed <details>. Their content is not drawn, but the browser still gives it a box, so the closed Path to and Edge types menus of the Galaxy toolbar pushed the Expand +1 tooltip from its place below the button into the page header. Only drawn elements are protected now: checkVisibility where the browser has it, and the content of a closed <details> (other than its summary) everywhere.
