Uzayer MasudandAlbab Hasan 4d32132ac5 feat(keybindings): IDE presets, a first-run picker and profile import/export
Ports the parts of #227 the current keymap system was missing onto it,
keeping keybindings.json as the format.

- Presets for VS Code, Cursor, Zed and JetBrains, layered between the
registry defaults and a profile's overrides via a new `basedOn` field.
Each follows that editor's macOS keymap; a test holds every preset free
of hard conflicts on macOS and Windows/Linux.
- First-run "which editor are you coming from?" dialog, shown while no
keybindings.json exists. Every answer writes the file, so it is asked
  once.
- `cmd` is now the platform's primary modifier and matches exactly on
macOS, so Ctrl no longer fires Cmd bindings (terminal Ctrl+W closed the
terminal tab). `mod` is accepted as an alias. Off macOS, cmd+x and
ctrl+x fold together for conflict detection.
- Recorder warns about chords the OS reserves.
- Copy a profile as JSON and import one by pasting it.
- Knowledge panel shortcuts are scoped to their tab, so a hidden,
still-mounted Knowledge tab no longer answers Cmd+S elsewhere.
- The native Window > Close Tab accelerator follows the tabs.close binding.

Closes #319
