Visual walkthrough of the read-only web UI: the project-list
homepage (showing the LLM-optimised content banner + four project
cards including `.config` as a real example of the dot-dir
basename heuristic in action), and a project drill-in showing the
folder tree (concepts/, decisions/, gotchas/, sessions/) + the
recent-activity column with kind badges.

Both images live under docs/ next to the existing logo*.png so
the README can reference them with relative paths that resolve
both on github.com and any local markdown viewer.
