AkitaOnRailsandClaude Opus 4.8 02a1ac50c8 docs: remove three orphaned/superseded docs before 2.3.0 ...

Unlinked from the README Docs table and the AGENTS.md documentation map, and
superseded, per the pre-release doc cleanup:
- docs/testing/codex-provider.tdd.md — one-off TDD scratch note for #716 (shipped in 2.1.x)
- docs/v0.3-roadmap.md — pre-2.x "parking lot", superseded by ROADMAP-2.0.md
- docs/auto-improve-skillopt-roadmap.md — stale auto-improve roadmap

History is preserved in git; no shipped doc referenced any of them.
