debpalash fcfded294e fix(mobile): token drift check works with hoisted deps and never auto-installs ...

The exporter hardcoded electron/node_modules/tailwindcss, so it failed
where bun hoists deps, and the pytest job runs before bun install. Resolve
Tailwind through module resolution, run with --no-install (so bun can't
fetch an arbitrary Tailwind from npm), skip the pytest copy when deps
are absent, and run the check as a ci.yml step after bun install.
