Shiju 9db0ca1c01 test(openshell): integrate accepted macOS sandbox workflow fixes ...

Combine the reviewed signing verification, launch validation, workload
identity, host-tool preflight, preparation deadline and cleanup patches
against current main for compatibility verification.

Preserve both independent test groups and populate the preparation field
in the affected VM fixtures. Source branches retain their own PR scope.
