The fast deploy was targeting the supervisor-builder stage with --output type=local, which exported the entire ~900MB Rust build tree through Docker Desktop's VM-to-host filesystem layer. This added 300+ seconds to every incremental deploy that touched supervisor code. Add a minimal FROM scratch extraction stage (supervisor-out) that copies only the ~50MB binary, and update cluster-deploy-fast.sh to target it. Reduces supervisor build+deploy from 300+ seconds to ~40 seconds.
