Lawrence Lane f38a095242 docs(fern): fix redirects for /latest/index.html (#793) 
Google and external links target .../openshell/latest/index.html. Wildcard rules .../latest/:path*/index.html can mis-resolve when the path segment is empty, producing a literal :path* in the destination URL.

Add explicit redirects for /openshell/latest/index.html and /openshell/latest/index (aligned with NeMo-Curator fern/docs.yml) and document ordering versus Sphinx-style URLs.

Lawrence LaneandPiotr Mlocek f0b5fb993c docs(fern): migrate OpenShell docs to Fern (#780) 
This PR migrates the OpenShell docs to Fern and carries the follow-up cleanup needed to make the migrated site usable and close to the existing docs experience. It focuses on navigation, content structure, code block behavior, and landing-page polish, while leaving CI workflow work out of this PR.
