* Lead release notes with desktop downloads

* Preserve legacy release recovery when refreshing downloads

* Use README-style desktop download buttons in release notes

* Give each Linux architecture its own download button

* Center download button labels beside platform icons

* Explain automatic desktop updates and terminal updates

* Center platform icons and labels as one button group
