* fix(build):
1、README.md / README-zh.md — Node.js 版本要求 >= 18 → >= 20
2、package.json — 新增 engines: { node: ">=20.9.0" }
3、ci.yml — node-version: 20 → 22（与 Dockerfile 一致）
4、.nvmrc — 新建，内容 22
