Node release: node-install.sh installs node-v1.2.0 (#149)

The exit-node build of this tree pinned by SHA-256 for linux amd64, arm64 and arm (reproducible, Go 1.26.4). provision.PinnedSHA256 follows the script; PinnedCommit is pointed at this commit next.
