 		42e41ed33e feat: add one-shot tasks and split personalization permissions (#2157) 
Scheduled jobs can run once and then stop, personalization tabs can be granted separately, and rotated logs use a date-before-extension name.

HUANG Cheng 47fe7666d1 fix(tests): write gzip log fixture as bytes for Windows CRLF 
Path.write_text expands \\n to \\r\\n on win32, which broke the decompress equality assert in CI.

Drop the special WARNING override for harness_agent.middleware.memory so non-debug environments stay at the normal INFO root level.

HUANG Cheng 745eba618a fix(logging): cap log size and delaycompress like logrotate 
Prevent multi-GB daily octop.log growth with size-based rotation, suppress noisy memory maintenance INFO, and gzip prior rotated files on the next cycle (Python gzip works on Windows).
