HUANG Cheng 34f483b8ef fix(cli): point acp registry attr at acp_cmd (#489) 
Lazy CLI lookup used getattr(..., "acp") but the Click command is
acp_cmd, so every `octop acp` invocation crashed before help parsing.

Fixes #486
