* fix(chat): clean up sessions bound to deleted threads (#833)
Deleting a thread left its sessions row pointing at a dead thread_id, so
later turns silently failed to persist history (and `octop chats create`
crashed on the dangling binding). ThreadRegistry.delete_thread now drops
the sessions bound to the thread, and the read paths treat a session
whose thread no longer exists as unbound so the next turn rebinds to a
fresh thread.
