We started seeing this issue in GitHub's free ubuntu-latest runners:
`ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 28] No
space left on device`.

Suggested by other GH runners users to remove unnecessary android /
dotnet files to avoid the storage issue.
