yynxxxxxandzjjszmx 908859b093 fix(sessions): release index handles before Windows replacement ...

Close both owned index handles before atomic installation and retain the
final snapshot verification. Test birth timestamps at Windows SystemTime
precision and run the full Windows suite in the shipping release profile.
