Document persistent host startup and shared BSK_HOME configuration. Add BSK_AUTO_START=0 for implicit startup, improve path failure guidance, and report unverified local daemon identity as a doctor warning. Preserve default startup, home resolution, and signal-based management. Keep shutdown RPC outside this change.
