- Keep the project overview and development setup in `README.md`. - Put system design in `ARCHITECTURE.md` and detailed contributor and agent guidance in `AGENTS.md`; symlink `CLAUDE.md` to that source. - Remove duplicate rules, memory files and unused Jekyll tooling.
